The service and pilot status

AttributeHQ provides tools for collecting app events, reporting on measurement data and managing supported integrations. The service is in a pilot stage. Features, integrations and availability may change; unsupported or unapproved advertising capabilities are not included merely because a connection or test succeeds.

Reports depend on the data received and the limitations of operating systems and connected providers. We do not guarantee attribution completeness, advertising performance, revenue or approval by an advertising platform.

Accounts and authorized use

Provide accurate account information and protect credentials. Only use app registrations, advertising assets and data you are authorized to manage. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize us to process it as necessary to provide the configured service. You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and scope of your collection and sharing, including notices, consent, platform permissions and responding to your app users’ requests.

Do not place server or advertising credentials in public SDK clients. Do not send sensitive personal information in custom measurement events. Before production use, agree with us any required data-processing arrangements, retention requirements and integration limitations. Third-party services

Advertising platforms, app stores and other connected services are independent providers with their own terms and approval requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the access necessary for your integrations. Their restrictions or service changes may affect AttributeHQ functionality.

Plans and payment

Any paid service, charges, billing currency and payment arrangements must be disclosed and agreed before they apply. Any separately agreed order or pilot arrangement governs its stated commercial terms. Testing an integration does not authorize advertising spend.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service and request account closure or data deletion through the contact below. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful use or provider requirements. Account closure, removal of a connection and deletion of stored data are separate actions; specify what you need when contacting us.

Updates and questions

We may revise these terms as the service develops. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated through an appropriate service channel. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact us before continuing if you have questions about the service or a proposed change.
