Data deletion

AttributeHQ account holders

Email onukwubeizu.dev@gmail.com from your account email address with the subject “AttributeHQ data deletion request”. Include your organization name, the relevant app name or app ID, and whether you want an account, an integration’s data or specific records deleted. Do not include passwords, access tokens or payment details.

For an organization-wide request, an authorized organization administrator must confirm its scope. Deleting one dashboard login does not necessarily mean the organization’s app data should be removed.

People using a customer’s app

Contact the business operating the app and request deletion of the information it sends to AttributeHQ. If you contact us directly, include the app name and a non-sensitive account reference you already have. We may need the app business’s assistance to locate records and verify the request. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification method has first been agreed.

Facebook or Meta integration data

To request removal of information associated with an AttributeHQ Meta connection, email onukwubeizu.dev@gmail.com and identify the AttributeHQ organization and connected app or ad account. An asset ID is sufficient; never send an access token. Revoking AttributeHQ’s access in Meta stops authorized future access but does not itself delete information already stored.

A request to AttributeHQ covers information we control or process. Information independently held by Meta or another provider may require a separate request to that provider.

What happens next

We review the request, verify identity or authority proportionately, clarify its scope if needed, and explain the action taken or any reason information must be retained. We respond within the periods required by applicable law. Deletion is not an instant self-service operation.

Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security investigations or dispute handling. Backup deletion can follow a different lifecycle. We will explain applicable limitations rather than promise that every copy disappears immediately.
